This was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The nail tech (Micca) left the acetone on my nails to soak off my gel for over an hour while she did my pedicure. My nails were hurting a little but I didn’t think much of it. When she took the acetone off my nails on my left hand were completely shredded. She also took a Dremel to them and ruined them even more. I’ve never had that happen to me before. She wanted to cut my long nails off to cover up what she did but I called over the manager they put tips on to “fix” them. She did a horrible job with the tips and my nails look awful. They didn’t even apologize or offer a discount so I paid $120 for this headache. Absolutely awful experience and service. I don’t understand how this place has such good reviews. I’ll never go back and it will take months for my nails to recover from the incompetence.

First time coming here and I was very happy with my experience. The place was busy but seemed very relaxed and I did not feel rushed. I was able to get an appointment same day as well which is a plus. It was also very clean inside. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They had a lot of colors to choose from, and very reasonably priced. The girl who did my nails asked multiple time to make sure I was happy with the shape and length of my nails. Will definitely be back!

I will preface this by saying I have never once had a bad experience in this salon UNTIL last Friday. My gel was lumpy on 4 different nails and now it’s peeling. Under normal circumstances I would have just gone back but 1. I was away and 2. I live more than 25 minutes away now. We came out to aurora in center Moriches because they always did a phenomenal job. Will not return. Extremely disappointed.

Love this place but the past couple of times I’ve been there the product was subpar very upset that I spent $50+ for gel fill ins for them to just break in 3 days. The top coat is always never put on right so the polish just spreads and leaves ugly streaks on my nails. Love this nail salon been going here for 3 years but very upset about the product these past couple of months it’s always the top coat not being cured right or the gel chipping within 3 days. Update: I gave them another chance cause I called and they redid my nails and now 5 months later it is the same thing all over again. I went in for a blue chrome and the new nail tech didn’t even know what she was doing with the chrome because it came out sliver but I was already there for an hour so I was like whatever. The next day the chrome was coming off my nails and I had to waste another hour of my day to go back to the nail salon this time the color was correct and it was what I wanted. And the next day the chrome was peeling off again…. I honestly have never been so annoyed I spent $70 The first time for the set and tip then when I went in to get it fixed the gave the nail lady another $10 tip now I just feel like I’m spending my money for me to just waste my time and not have good quality nails. Genuinely upset because I loved this nails salon.
